• Extensive experience with injection molding processes and machines.
• Experience documenting processes and creating SOPs and work instructions.
• Familiarity with GMP and ISO13485 a plus.
• Ability to work with engineering and quality teams to meet schedules.

Responsibilities

• Set up injection molds for development and production.
• Develop and document injection molding processes using scientific principles.
• Perform capability studies and process validations per protocols.
• Conduct mold qualification tests and document results.
• Create part-specific and general work instructions for molding processes.
• Operate molding machines for production jobs.
• Collaborate with Engineering to maintain BOM accuracy.
• Support inspection methods and features with the quality team.
• Complete documentation per GMP requirements.
• Take on additional projects as assigned.
