• Troubleshoot molding processes to optimize parameters.
• Ensure cycle times, yield, quality, and deliverables meet cost‑reduction goals.
• Collaborate with Scheduling and Customer Service to meet commitment dates.
• Support production KPIs and explore automation opportunities.
• Oversee Leads, Operators, and Molders across all shifts; train and develop team.
