Qualifications

• Operates injection molding machinery per established processes.
• Proficiency with the IQMS ERP system as it relates to molding operations.
• Able to perform duties with minimal supervision and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Start or restart jobs using established processes with minimal start-up rejects.
• Adjust processing parameters within defined limits to maintain quality.
• Set up/teardown molds on injection molding machines in an orderly fashion.
• Verify equipment is ready and functioning properly before use.
• Record scrap and time spent on tasks accurately.
• Maintain a clean production floor and equipment.
