Job summary

Click Bond Inc in Carson City, NV is seeking an experienced injection molding lead and production tech to direct the team across setup, troubleshooting, and process improvements. You will mentor staff, train on molding processes, uphold QEMS standards, safety policies, and Lean initiatives to ensure on-time delivery and product quality.

Strong communication and documentation skills required. A background with MT1 or AA, Paulson Training or CMI certification preferred; 7+ years in injection

Qualifications

• 7+ years direct injection molding experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required; AA degree preferred.
• Certifications: MT1 or equivalent preferred; Paulson Training Certification or equivalent required.
• Certified Manufacturing Inspector (CMI) certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Directs team to focus production efforts based on management, work orders, and materials.
• Mentors team members on processes and best practices and provides training.
• Identifies areas for lean improvements to improve quality and on-time delivery.
• Accountable for all injection molding processes including setup, tear-down, and troubleshooting.
• Report hazards and ensure safety and compliance with CB policies.
