Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Polymer/Plastics or Mechanical Eng.
- 8–12 years in injection/blow molding or tool design.
- RJG Master Molder I certified.
- RJG Master Molder II preferred.
- Guide engineers through IQ/OQ/PQ validation.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Oracle, Proquis.
- CAD fluency: NX, SolidWorks, Pro/E, OSD.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and PM skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide direction and leadership to less experienced engineers.
- Support IQ, OQ, and PQ processes for projects.
- Train team members in process selection and troubleshooting.
- Lead interdivisional project(s).
- Approve molding engineering docs and countermeasure plans.
- Present updates to Steering Committee.
- Review quotes for new molding work.
- Demonstrate expertise in injection molding science.
