Job summary

Johns Hopkins Medicine seeks an Infusion Pharmacy Clinical Manager to lead clinical programs and the pharmacy team at West Falls Church, VA, with training in Baltimore. This role oversees pharmacists, technicians, and student precepting, ensuring patient safety and quality care across infusion services.

You will partner with infusion and oncology teams, drive regulatory compliance, and support budgeting and expansion of therapies in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree required and Maryland license; VA license within 6 months.
• 3+ years infusion pharmacy or hospital IV experience.
• 3+ years supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with experiential education for students and residents preferred.
• Oncology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical and compliance operations of the AIS pharmacy team.
• Provide coaching, performance evaluations, and development goals for ~8 FTEs.
• Collaborate with home infusion and oncology teams on workflows and safety.
• Ensure USP 797/800 compliance and coordinate audits and quality metrics.
• Assist with budgeting and expand access to novel therapeutics.
