Job summary

Sierra seeks an experienced Infrastructure Technical Program Manager to define how our AI platform enters cloud environments for large, regulated enterprises. You will lead programs from deployment planning to live production and drive upgrades and expansion in partnership with engineers and customer teams.

You will establish playbooks, operating rhythms, and standards to scale the TPM function, collaborating with Platform and Deployed Infrastructure groups to reduce blockers and improve

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical program management, infrastructure or platform program management
• Experience delivering complex technical projects across multiple teams
• Strong technical foundation in infrastructure or backend programs
• Ability to translate technical discussions into clear plans
• Clear, structured communication to engineers and leaders
• Degree in CS, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program plan for a customer's in-VPC deployment (BYOC)
• Drive execution across platform engineering, cloud provisioning, security, networking, model access, observability
• Translate requirements between engineers and customers; define model access and upgrade cadence
• Run the deployment operating cadence (standups, weekly status, escalations)
• Collaborate with Platform and Deployed Infrastructure to feed learnings into standard offerings and runbooks
• Define the TPM function to scale with Sierra's growth
