Job summary

DigitalOcean is seeking a Technical Program Manager for the Physical Infrastructure team in Seattle. You will drive value delivery across hardware deployments, data center capacity, and operational initiatives, partnering with Product, Engineering and facilities teams to keep infrastructure online and scalable.

You will onboard cross-functional teams, shepherd programs from planning to completion, manage risks, and influence stakeholders with strong communication.

Qualifications

• Experience keeping cross-functional work on track in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to manage risks and track commitments across teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive value delivery across assigned programs, including planning, risk management, and execution.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and infrastructure leads throughout the program life cycle.
• Coordinate site and capacity planning through deployment with supply chain and facilities teams.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to align stakeholders and prioritize work.
• Communicate program requirements, timelines, risks, and status clearly to all stakeholders.
• Track commitments and close loops to ensure no open questions remain.
• Identify and mitigate risks, including hardware delays or facility constraints.
• Suggest improvements to processes to accelerate infrastructure deployment.
