Job summary

Ohmstede Ltd is seeking a Senior Infrastructure & Systems Administrator to own the infrastructure environment, including servers, virtualization, networking, and security. The role supports compliance, operational continuity, and vendor coordination across multiple sites.

The candidate will manage backups, DR readiness, endpoint management (Intune), and security controls, serving as a senior escalation resource for complex issues.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressively responsible systems administration, infrastructure administration, or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and related infrastructure technologies.
• Experience administering VMware virtualization environments; VxRail or hyperconverged infra preferred.
• Strong networking knowledge including TCP/IP, switching, wireless, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, WAN, and SD-WAN.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, Intune, endpoint management, and device compliance.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain physical and virtual server environments.
• Manage VMware ESXi, vSphere, and Dell VxRail infrastructure across locations.
• Perform server installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and core services.
• Support SQL Server maintenance, availability, and health.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, capacity, utilization, and availability.
