Job summary

NVIDIA DGX Cloud is seeking an Engineering Manager for Infrastructure Security Engineering. You will lead a distributed team of senior security and infrastructure engineers, owning hiring, growth, and performance while driving the roadmap for security control planes and foundational services.

You will deliver measurable security outcomes, build fast, fair teams, and translate risk into actionable plans for executives.

Qualifications

Engineering Management: 7+ years leading engineers; broader 14+ years in software/SRE/infrastructure/security.
Technical credibility with hands-on depth in infrastructure, distributed systems, or security engineering.
Experience attracting, hiring, and growing engineers with fair calibration practices.
Delivery under ambiguity: turn vague mandates into sequenced delivery with measurable outcomes.
Cloud-native and security fluency: basic to strong understanding of cloud-native, Kubernetes, IAM, policy, vulnerability mgmt.

Responsibilities

Grow the Team: coach, develop, hire; build a bench for sustained capability.
Set Technical Direction: roadmap for security control plane and autonomous security.
Deliver Outcomes, Not Tickets: plan-driven, risk-based delivery metrics.
