Job summary

Tower Loan of Mississippi, LLC seeks a Senior Infrastructure Security Engineer to design, implement, and strengthen security controls across on-premises data centers, networks, and endpoints. You will lead incident response, threat hunting, and vulnerability management while coordinating with infrastructure teams to improve risk posture.

The role requires expertise in Fortinet, CrowdStrike, Proofpoint, and Active Directory, with strong Windows/VMware experience and a focus on Zero Trust

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Five+ years in cybersecurity engineering, infrastructure security, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience implementing and troubleshooting enterprise cybersecurity technologies.
• Experience with Fortinet, CrowdStrike, Proofpoint, and Active Directory security preferred.
• Prior leadership of a cybersecurity team and incident response required.
• Familiarity with PCI DSS, SOC 2, and NIST CSF preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and improve cybersecurity controls for on-premises data centers, branch locations, and networks.
• Lead incident response, threat analysis, containment, remediation, and post-incident review.
• Manage endpoint protection, email security, and identity protection.
• Strengthen Entra ID and AD security, including MFA and CA policies.
• Coordinate remediation with infrastructure and application teams to reduce risk.
• Develop security automation and centralized logging/monitoring.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and drive remediation priorities.
• Establish system hardening standards for Windows, VMware, and network devices.
