Job summary

Corient Services LLC seeks a Senior Security Engineer to design, implement, and optimize enterprise security across endpoint, cloud, network, data, and security operations. You will own security platforms, translate risks into technical controls, and lead initiatives with multiple engineering teams.

Responsibilities include advancing Rapid7 InsightIDR/InsightVM, Defender/Purview, Mimecast, and Zscaler integrations, while building strong zero-trust protections and automated response mechanisms.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in security engineering and related technical disciplines.
• Hands-on expertise across SIEM/detection, vulnerability management, endpoint security, data protection, email security, and security automation.
• Experience with Rapid7 InsightIDR/InsightVM, Defender/Purview, Mimecast, and Zscaler; strong scripting and integration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise security platform architecture, engineering, and scalable baseline development.
• Engineer and evolve Rapid7 InsightIDR SIEM capabilities, including telemetry and detection logic.
• Develop SOAR workflows and platform integrations for automation and response.
• Advance vulnerability visibility and prioritization using Rapid7 InsightVM across assets.
• Design and maintain Microsoft Defender and Purview data protection controls.
• Protect against email threats and optimize Mimecast email security and mail flow.
• Strengthen Zero Trust posture with Zscaler and cross-team collaboration.
