Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience with progressive team leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of infrastructure coordinators handling capital procurement and deployment of infrastructure.
• Prepares, tracks, and reports on annual department capital and operating budgets for hardware, software, and licenses.
• Collaborates with vendors to obtain cost data and validate services against allocations.
• Conducts analysis on actuals and forecasts for capital and operating budgets.
• Establishes design processes and procedures to support department programs.
• Provides training in the use of departmental application systems.
• Assists with day-to-day administration of architectural/design applications.
• Creates reports and provides data analysis for documented designs.
• Partners with management and PMO to ensure timely completion of technical content and design work.
• Contributes to development of functional objectives and innovative problem solving.
