DRW, a Chicago-based diversified trading firm, seeks a Senior Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of complex IO infrastructure projects across data centers, hardware, networks, and security. You will translate technical complexity into clear plans, lead cross-functional teams, and drive accountability with urgency in high-stakes environments.

The role emphasizes technical fluency, ownership, and the responsible use of AI tools to manage scale and risk.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management in technology or infrastructure environments.
• Hands-on grounding across infrastructure domains including data centers, compute, storage, network, security, and enterprise platforms.
• Ownership of outcomes with minimal oversight and strong stakeholder alignment.
• Familiarity with AI tools and modern project-management approaches; Jira/ServiceNow helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate implementation of infrastructure projects across data centers, hardware, network, and IT services.
• Drive concurrent projects to completion with clear ownership, scope, and timelines.
• Own BOM accuracy and collaborate with procurement to source hardware and circuits.
• Translate cross-domain work into structured, trackable plans with clear ownership.
• Align engineering teams, stakeholders, and vendors around shared priorities and resolve conflicts.
• Plan production changes and coordinate off-hours and weekend changes when required.
• Anticipate risk and communicate status with candor.
• Deliver against firm-driven mandates and IO modernization efforts.
