Job summary

Superior Group of Companies is seeking a Senior Manager, Infrastructure to lead our global enterprise infrastructure. You’ll own network, compute, storage, data protection, IT operations, end user services, and M365 administration, while guiding a distributed team across the US and international locations.

We seek someone with 8+ years in infrastructure, 4–5 years in leadership, and strong hands-on expertise in networking, data center operations, and business continuity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive infrastructure experience.
• 4–5 years managing infrastructure teams.
• Deep hands-on expertise in switching, firewalls, routing, wireless, SD-WAN, and voice.
• Data center operations: servers, storage, virtualization, backup/recovery.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Own network, compute, storage, data protection, IT operations, end user services, M365 administration, and business continuity/disaster recovery.
• Lead a globally distributed infrastructure team across the US, India, and Vietnam.
• Drive IT leadership growth and succession planning toward Director-level responsibilities.
• Coach and develop team capabilities; ensure high performance and reliability.
