The ideal candidate holds a civil engineering or related degree with 8+ years of construction inspection experience, and must be able to travel and maintain professional English

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in construction inspection.
• Experience in large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• English at a professional working level.
• Willingness to travel.
• American visa requirements for work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and supervise inspections of civil infrastructure projects.
• Ensure construction complies with plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Lead and mentor junior inspectors on-site.
• Monitor contractor performance and quality of work.
• Prepare inspection reports, documentation, and progress updates.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors.
• Identify and resolve construction and compliance issues.
