The ideal individual may come from a data center infrastructure environment, MSP/Managed Services background, enterprise hosting environment, or large-scale SaaS infrastructure operation where uptime, scalability, operational discipline, and infrastructure reliability are critical.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting and managing enterprise infrastructure environments within data centers, MSPs, hosting providers, SaaS organizations, or large‑scale technical operations environments.


• Strong hands‑on expertise with Ansible and infrastructure automation is REQUIRED. This role is not designed for leaders operating solely at a managerial level without active technical involvement.
