Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in infrastructure engineering concepts.
• 5+ years of related infrastructure engineering experience.
• Leadership experience (team lead, tech lead, or manager).
• Strong networking and security control knowledge (segmentation, access control, secure change practices).
• Experience supporting audits and regulatory expectations, including evidence collection and audit inquiries.
• Experience operating in environments with ITSM, CMDB accuracy, and change management.
• Ability to communicate technical and risk topics clearly to engineers, partners, and senior management.
• Ability to produce executive-ready KRIs/KPIs and dashboards using Excel/PowerPoint; familiarity with SQL and BI tools.
• Demonstrated experience using enterprise AI capabilities to support infrastructure workflows with validation.

Responsibilities

• Own network risk identification and remediation across Shared Network Services and related platforms.
• Lead audit and risk-driven execution, including responding to Audit RFIs with timely information.
• Drive end-to-end delivery by prioritizing work and coordinating stakeholders across technology, cyber, and operations.
• Provide clear status reporting to senior leadership, highlighting risks, trade-offs, and delivery timelines.
• Lead remediation initiatives by identifying root causes and documenting corrective actions.
• Establish and maintain runbooks, engineering standards, network diagrams, and auditable controls.
• Define and track KRIs/KPIs and produce dashboards for leadership reporting.
• Partner with Cyber, Technology, and Operations to reduce operational, cyber, data, and resiliency risk across platforms.
• Leverage enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate analysis and ensure data handling aligns with security requirements.
