Job summary

Neighbors Federal Credit Union seeks an experienced Regular Full-Time Perkins Admin in Baton Rouge, LA, to design, automate, and manage the credit union’s information systems infrastructure centered on the Microsoft tech stack.

You will provide hands‑on administration, drive modernization, and lead initiatives to improve security, performance, and reliability across on‑premises, SaaS, and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in IT infrastructure engineering or systems administration with Microsoft, virtualization, and cloud environments.
• Minimum of two years’ experience leading or designing enterprise infrastructure projects.
• Experience with Microsoft O365, Azure, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for infra design and implementation.
• Serve as liaison to Service Desk staff.
• Administer and optimize Microsoft infrastructure components.
• Automate provisioning, monitoring, and maintenance tasks.
• Develop and enforce infrastructure standards; ensure security and compliance.
• Lead cross‑functional projects and disaster recovery planning.
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams on AI-enabled tools.
