As a Senior Software Engineer for the Platform & Infrastructure team, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing our cloud infrastructure on AWS. You will collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our cloud-based applications and services. The ideal candidate will have experience with AWS cloud services, DevOps practices, and more.

What you’ll do here:

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure on AWS, utilizing services such as AWS Lambda, S3, and Postgres databases
• Develop and automate CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment and improve release cycles
• Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues, ensuring high availability and performance
• Implement security best practices and compliance standards to protect data and infrastructure assets
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and resource utilization
• Stay updated on emerging cloud technologies and recommend continuous improvements
• Participate in on-call rotations

What you’ll need to thrive:

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering
• Proven experience in infrastructure engineering
• Strong knowledge of AWS services: Lambda, S3, Postgres
• Experience with Terraform
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline
• Understanding of cloud security principles, including IAM, encryption, and networking
• Excellent problem-solving skills and team collaboration
• Experience with Elixir is a plus

How we’ll take care of you:

Your total budgeted cash compensation ranges from $165,025 to $235,750 USD, depending on your skills, experience, and market demands. This range is subject to change, with room for growth and advancement.
