A leading quantitative trading firm in Boston is looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to manage their hybrid infrastructure environment. You will lead a team responsible for infrastructure platforms while promoting automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience managing infrastructure teams, proficiency in relevant technologies including Microsoft Active Directory and VMWare, and strong communication skills to drive initiatives across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing Infrastructure systems teams in a production capacity.
• 5+ years relevant experience designing, implementing and managing Infrastructure platforms.
• Ability to develop long-term strategic goals and technology roadmap.
