DWP Digital, the UK government's digital arm, is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to design, build and operate cloud-hosted platforms in a hybrid environment.

As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you'll help build and support the cloud platforms that keep critical services running. You'll work with teams across the organisation to migrate and modernise their Ansible and GitLab environments, automate repetitive tasks, improve reliability and performance, and solve complex technical challenges before they impact users. It's a role where you'll shape the future of our cloud services while helping others develop their skills along the way.
Location: You'll join us in one of our brilliant digital hubs in Blackpool, Leeds, Manchester or Newcastle, whichever is more convenient for you.
Hybrid Working: We work a hybrid model - you'll spend some time working at home and some time collaborating face to face in a hub.
Pay: We offer competitive pay of up to £73,205
Pension: You'll get a brilliant civil service pension with employer contributions worth 28.97%, worth over £16,000 per year.
