SciTec Incorporated in Boulder, CO, seeks an Infrastructure Principal Engineer to join the Infrastructure Team. You will design, deploy, and maintain private cloud platforms using VMware, Linux, Windows, OpenShift, and Kubernetes, while building scalable, secure infrastructure for DoD contracts.

The role emphasizes mentoring, documenting Authorization To Operate packages, and collaborating with users to deliver optimal solutions.

Qualifications

Total experience of 10+ years in related fields.
5+ years deploying/maintaining VMware, Linux, Windows, OpenShift or Kubernetes.
Active DoD Secret security clearance or higher.
Mentoring and leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy and maintain systems and private cloud platforms for applications and DevOps.
Troubleshoot infrastructure across multiple locations and environments.
Automate tasks and monitor effectiveness.
Mentor team members on technical issues.
Create and test security measures and disaster recovery.
Document and maintain Authorization To Operate packages.
Collaborate with users to design optimal solutions.
