**THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD**
JOB SUMMARY: MCSG is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to support the US Space Force by managing configuration, lifecycle maintenance, and inventory control of ATLAS-related IT infrastructure at Vandenberg SFB. Responsibilities include system health monitoring, documentation, tech refreshes, dashboard maintenance, and infrastructure support. Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 0800-1600, on-site at Vandenberg SFB, CA.
PRIMARY DUTIES: Coordinate platform, data, and application teams for updates to monitoring dashboards, document infrastructure configurations, develop technology roadmaps, coordinate infrastructure support, document changes, manage inventory of end-of-life equipment, support infrastructure components, recommend modifications, prepare technical documents, and monitor system performance.
REQUIREMENTS: 10 years of IT experience, 5 years in an Enterprise Engineering or Architect role, knowledge of cloud computing, data warehouses, web applications, information protection, disaster recovery, network architecture, Microsoft products, systems design, infrastructure services, virtualization, and strong analytic and customer service skills.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: 10 years in IT, 5 years in engineering or architecture roles monitoring network/system architecture.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Bachelor's in computer science or related field; preferred certifications include Network+, GSEC, Security+ CE.
SECURITY CLEARANCE: Top Secret/SCI clearance.
