Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction through deployment, adoption, and support of Windows Server programs.
• Assist customers in building, deploying, operating, and optimizing infrastructure.
• Act as a trusted advisor and specialist, guiding best practices and risk mitigation.
• This position is a work-from-home role based in Italy.

Requirements

Active Directory & Windows Server (2016, 2019)

• Expertise in Storage (SAN, NAS, DAS), storage stack architecture, failover processes, Windows Clusters, and Windows Server 2019+.
• 5+ years experience with DNS/DHCP and Hyper-V.

Active Directory

• Over five years in systems development, network operations, or related fields.
• Knowledge of Windows Server OS, NTFS/Share Permissions, file sharing, performance monitoring, event logging, Windows Firewall, user and group management.
• Understanding of Kerberos, LDAP, sites, security groups, TCP/IP, DNS, WINS, DHCP, routing, and firewall management.
• Language Requirements: Fluent in Italian (oral and written), good command of English (oral and written).
