Job summary

Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Infrastructure Delivery to join the Enterprise Infrastructure PMO.

You will lead large, complex infrastructure initiatives and guide teams from traditional delivery toward more agile, transparent, and iterative ways of working. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, manages scope, schedule and risks, coordinates with vendors and stakeholders, and reports to senior leadership to ensure predictable delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information systems, business, CS, or engineering.
• 7+ years of project management experience in technology/infrastructure/enterprise IT.
• Proven experience leading large, cross‑functional projects with multiple teams and high visibility.
• Strong foundation in scope, schedule, budget, risk and governance.
• Practical understanding of agile delivery methods and backlog management.
• Ability to translate delivery data into executive‑level updates.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, high‑complexity infrastructure initiatives from initiation through delivery.
• Balance traditional and agile delivery methods; define plans, timelines, budgets, RAID logs, governance rhythms.
• Coordinate work across multiple technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders; clarify ownership and dependencies.
• Improve visibility and delivery health through backlog hygiene, intake practices, and metrics.
• Provide clear updates to engineers, managers, sponsors, and senior leadership.
• Drive decisions, mitigate risks, and ensure progress toward business goals.
