Job summary

Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. in Austin, TX seeks a Senior Agile Project Manager, Data Engineering to lead large, complex data initiatives within the PMO.

You will balance traditional delivery with agile practices, align stakeholders, manage risks, and drive programs from initiation through delivery. You will partner with data engineers, product owners, and senior leadership to scope initiatives, optimize workflows, and ensure timely, value-driven outcomes in a fast-paced entertainment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree.
• 7+ years in project/program management with 4–5+ years in data engineering/analytics.
• Strong ability to partner with sponsors, engineers, and leaders; agile delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, high-complexity data engineering initiatives from initiation to delivery.
• Coordinate work across multiple teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Balance traditional and agile delivery methods with RAID, governance, and metrics.
• Prioritize backlog with Product Owners and drive delivery health.
• Identify dependencies, manage risks, and communicate with executive stakeholders.
• Drive organizational change management and production readiness activities.
• Provide clear updates to sponsors, Steering Committees, and leadership.
• Manage budgets, vendors, and resource allocation across programs.
• Sustain practical delivery metrics and improve decision making.
• Maintain continuous improvement through agile practices and coaching.
