Job summary

Take-Two Interactive is seeking a Senior Agile Project Manager, Data Engineering to join the PMO in Austin, TX. You will guide large data initiatives, balance traditional and agile delivery, and align cross-functional teams with executives, sponsors, and product owners.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in project/program management with data analytics experience, strong communication, and a proven ability to drive decisions in a complex enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
• 7+ years project/program management with 4–5 years in data engineering/analytics.
• Proven ability to manage large, cross-functional data initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex data engineering and analytics programs from initiation to delivery.
• Balance traditional and agile delivery, define plans, timelines, and governance rhythms.
• Coordinate dependencies across multiple teams and stakeholders; manage risks.
• Partner with Product Owners on backlog priorities and delivery health.
• Communicate clearly with engineers, sponsors, and leadership; drive decisions.
