Mass Digital Health is seeking a Technical Services Engineer II to ensure the availability, performance, and security of its corporate infrastructure in Boston. The role involves maintaining and optimizing cloud and data center environments as well as administering server platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting complex enterprise ICT environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID.
• Hands-on capability with Linux administration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor and optimize private cloud and data center infrastructure.
• Administer on-premises data center platforms and provide storage support.
• Proactively monitor system health and troubleshoot complex issues.
