Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation of enterprise platforms, including servers, applications, storage, databases, and networked services.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize system performance, availability, reliability, and capacity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across multiple environments and technology stacks.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes.
• Partner with technical teams to architect and implement new platforms, services, and infrastructure solutions.
• Lead or support system upgrades, migrations, patching, and lifecycle management initiatives.
• Strengthen platform security through system hardening, vulnerability remediation, and adherence to security best practices.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, application, database, and security teams to support enterprise projects and strategic initiatives.
• Document system configurations, processes, and operational procedures to support knowledge sharing and maintainability.
