Job summary

Parsons is seeking Construction Managers to lead the construction management execution and commercial performance of complex infrastructure projects for PG&E Northern California, including Sacramento area sites. You will coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure safety, schedule, and budget compliance across all project phases.

The role requires 15+ years in field construction and proven leadership in capital projects, with strong knowledge of cost control,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in construction-related field or equivalent work experience.
• 15+ years of field construction experience preferred.
• Experience managing major capital projects and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Act as Parsons’ representative with the client, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders during project execution.
• Represent the client in negotiations with regulatory agencies and in public meetings as required.
• Oversee the development and implementation of project documents (CM Plan, Health & Safety Plan, QA/QC Plan).
• Supervise inspection staff and coordinate field operations and subcontractor work.
• Prepare requisitions, negotiate scope changes, and manage cost controls and budgets.
