Job summary

Consertus, Inc. seeks a Project Manager to support PG&E's Electric Operations capital infrastructure in Northern California.

You will lead projects from planning through construction and closeout, collaborating with engineering, permitting, and field teams to meet schedule, budget, and safety goals. The role requires 3–5 years in project management, 2 years in electric utility settings, and proficiency with SAP Work Management and Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience.
• At least 2 years supporting electric utility systems or heavy infrastructure construction.
• Working knowledge of SAP Work Management or similar utility work-management systems.
• Experience using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Knowledge of overhead and underground distribution construction practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage electric distribution capital projects from planning through closeout.
• Coordinate environmental permitting, CEQA/NEPA, land and right-of-way requirements.
• Develop project scopes, objectives, schedules, budgets, milestones, and stakeholder expectations.
• Partner with Engineering and Estimating to establish baseline Total Forecasted Cost (TFC) and cash-flow forecasts.
• Build and maintain critical-path project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, or comparable tools.
• Maintain project risk registers and prepare status reports with milestones, risks, and variances.
