Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a Domain Architecture Manager to provide strategic leadership across infrastructure, cloud, data, and analytics domains. You will lead a team of architects, drive technology strategy, and ensure cross-portfolio alignment with business goals.

You will review architecture designs, develop roadmaps, mentor talent, and communicate complex concepts to stakeholders. A strong banking domain background and hands-on leadership are essential for guiding enterprise architecture

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise architecture.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role desirable.
• Experience in architecting enterprise applications across the application, data, and infrastructure domains.
• Experience in managing and driving enterprise architecture capabilities within a large corporation.
• Experience in the Financial Services industry is preferred.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and practices.
• Must be a Team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus.
• Experience in performing industry analysis and identifying technology trends specific to the portfolio.
• The ability to manage and mentor a team of architects ensuring the development and growth of the team.
• Strong situational analysis and decision-making abilities

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to guide technology decisions across architecture areas.
• Lead a team of architects in day-to-day operations and align with Key's strategy.
• Review and approve architecture designs for project delivery.
• Develop and communicate technology architecture plans and roadmaps.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and reliable.
• Collaborate across architecture and other teams for cross-portfolio alignment.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders.
• Assist in risk management and governance of technology investments.
