Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in architecting enterprise applications across the application, data, and infrastructure domains
• Experience in managing and driving enterprise architecture capabilities within a large corporation
• Experience in the Financial Services industry is preferred
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and practices
• Must be a Team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus
• Must be highly reliable, trustworthy, honest, and commitment oriented
• Experience in performing industry analysis and identifying technology trends specific to the portfolio
• The ability to manage and mentor a team of architects ensuring the development and growth of the team
• Strong situational analysis and decision-making abilities

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to guide technology decisions across architecture areas (infrastructure, cloud, data, analytics)
• Lead a team of architects in day-to-day operations and ensure cross-portfolio alignment
• Review and approve architecture designs for project delivery
• Develop and communicate the technology architecture plan and required infrastructure components
• Collaborate across architecture teams to develop strategic EA guidance for projects
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure and reliable
• Build and maintain a pipeline of initiatives aligning with Key’s strategic goals
• Act as a change agent with business stakeholders
• Evaluate short-term business needs and establish priorities
• Consult with business, information, and technical experts to support business architecture goals
• Assist in developing technology roadmaps and overall strategy
• Understand banking trends and practical applications of emerging technologies
• Provide technical leadership to development teams
• Communicate effectively and manage relationships across the organization
• Manage ambiguity and conflict resolution, and handle risk management

Key Domain Architecture Manager

The Domain Architecture Manager provides strategic leadership to guide technology decisions at Key across architecture areas with a focus on infrastructure, cloud, data, and analytics domains. The individual will lead a team of architects in day-to-day operations and will work with technology teams to help define technology strategy and assuring cross-portfolio alignment. They will assist in the review and approval of the architecture designs for the delivery of projects. They will help develop and communicate the Bank's technology architecture plan and the infrastructure components required to support it.

• Understanding of banking and banking trends

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $116,000.00 - $216,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.
