Job summary

The Integration Group of Americas Inc. (TIGA) is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Specialist to support the design and implementation of enterprise and industrial infrastructure solutions. This senior-level role involves architecture, troubleshooting, and support for critical infrastructure environments including data centers and utility systems. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, seven years of relevant experience, and advanced skills in routing protocols and technical documentation. Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be authorized to work in the United States.
• Subject to background check and drug testing per federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, implementation, and ongoing support of infrastructure solutions.
• Design, deploy, and troubleshoot network environments for critical infrastructure.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting across varied infrastructure connectivity issues.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes.

Skills

Advanced knowledge of routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, HSRP, and VRRP

Proficiency in switching technologies including VLANs, STP, RSTP, RPVST+, and VPC

Strong understanding of IPsec, VPN, and secure remote access technologies

Experience with LTE/cellular connectivity solutions

Strong packet analysis and troubleshooting capability

Strong technical documentation skills

Effective communication skills

Ability to manage and prioritize work across multiple projects

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer, Information Technology, or related field

Minimum of seven (7) years of technical experience or equivalent
