Job summary

ICANN is seeking a senior-level technical contributor to lead and own critical corporate infrastructure areas and act as a subject matter expert. This role provides final-level support and consulting escalation across multiple domains.

Responsibilities include designing, operating, and documenting infrastructure, guiding project delivery, and mentoring teams. International travel and ability to provide 24-hour support are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 10+ years of related experience.
• Experience with open-source software is required.
• International experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, operate, maintain, support, and document assigned infrastructure.
• Supervise team members to ensure best practices and timely delivery.
• Lead large projects within scope and schedule.
• Provide infrastructure architecture consulting for projects.
• Develop automation code and supporting docs.
• Support CI/CD infrastructure.
• Manage vendor relationships for network services.
• Engage stakeholders on areas of expertise.
• Oversee meetings network operations budget.
