Job summary

Royal Credit Union seeks a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to architect and support enterprise infrastructure across on‑premises and cloud environments. You’ll strengthen security, design network architectures, and guide critical systems with a focus on reliability and performance.

The role offers a highly impactful leadership path with a salary range of $115,000–$157,000 plus a 10% target bonus, and a robust benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and paid leave.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Networking, or similar curriculum.
• Extensive experience planning, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Exchange, Azure/M365, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• Seven (7) years of combined education and/or experience in infrastructure support.
• Bondable and legally eligible for employment in the United States; valid driver's license and insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, support, and troubleshoot server systems, databases, and applications in on-prem and cloud environments.
• Design and implement network architectures and system hardening standards.
• Research, analyze, troubleshoot, and plan infrastructure projects; monitor security and prevent unauthorized access.
