Qualifications

• 10+ years in design and development of Windows and Linux IT systems.
• Experience in public cloud IaaS (Azure/AWS) and PowerShell scripting.
• Experience integrating AI into work processes and automating workflows.
• Strong understanding of virtualization with vSphere ESXi.
• Proficiency with Active Directory architecture and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design, implementation, and optimization of global infrastructure services.
• Drive architecture and topology design, technology evaluation and integration planning.
• Research and recommend new technology to meet business requirements.
• Ensure reliability and redundancy for all IT services.
• Manage projects to deliver services per objectives.
• Maintain high-quality documentation for infrastructure support.
• Drive automation of operational activities for Windows, Linux, and cloud tech.
• Partner with ServiceNow developers to integrate Systems with the ServiceNow platform.
• Ensure SOX and other regulatory compliance in infrastructure.
