Glazer's Beer and Beverage, LLC is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to design, deliver, secure, and support enterprise infrastructure across on‑prem, cloud, data center, and branch environments. You will lead a cross‑functional IT team and mentor others, ensuring systems are current, resilient, and aligned with company standards.

The role requires deep Windows, VMware, networking, and cloud expertise, with a strong focus on automation, security, and documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Five+ years of progressive experience in infrastructure, network, or systems engineering within complex enterprise environments.
Proven experience designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting large-scale, multi-site infrastructure across on-premises and cloud platforms.
Experience leading or contributing to infrastructure migrations, acquisitions, cloud integrations, and cross-functional projects.
Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Cisco Meraki, Microsoft, Azure, VMware, ITIL, or comparable credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture, selection, implementation, lifecycle management, optimization, and support of enterprise infrastructure solutions.
Serve as senior technical lead for Microsoft identity, cloud, security, and infrastructure technologies.
Design, deploy, secure, and support enterprise LAN/WAN/WLAN/VLAN/SD-WAN and related networking technologies.
Perform advanced infrastructure troubleshooting, capacity planning, and monitoring across networks, systems, and cloud services.
Own ISP and telecommunications circuit operations, including carrier relationships and circuit documentation.
Administer and optimize Windows Server, VMware vSphere/ESXi, storage, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery capabilities.
Plan and deliver infrastructure and directory integrations supporting cloud IaaS and SaaS, migrations, and hybrid identity.
Use PowerShell and automation to improve deployment, patching, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with Cybersecurity to assess risk and implement security controls.
Support Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Defender, MFA, and conditional access.
Travel to branch locations for infrastructure refreshes and issues.
Create and maintain authoritative infrastructure documentation in SharePoint knowledge base.
