Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced infrastructure security engineer for EDA clusters. You will be an individual contributor building security controls across compute, storage, and networking in on-prem and multi-cloud environments, taking ownership of security properties of large fleets.

The role emphasizes hands-on build work, scripting for automation, threat modeling, and collaboration with data center operations and CSP teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on infrastructure or infrastructure-security engineering.
• Strong Linux depth at the system level.
• Experience securing compute fleets at scale: provisioning and lifecycle.
• Networking experience in large compute environments.
• Programming/scripting in Python/Go/shell for automation.
• Foundations in IAM, authentication, segmentation, encryption, and vulnerability lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate security controls and telemetry for EDA compute, storage, and networking.
• Design, ship to production, then own them.
• Collect and normalize security signals from the fleet into our SIEM.
• Build detections and dashboards turning signals into actionable insights.
• Infrastructure-as-code and policy-as-code for secure configuration with engineering-produced compliance evidence.
• Run the lifecycle of security technologies: selection, rollout, operation, replacement.
• Partner with data center operations, IT storage and networking, CSP teams, and central security on shared outcomes.
• Threat modeling and mitigation planning across network, storage, and compute.
