Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a Principal Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to define and drive the technical vision for ML capacity delivery at global scale.

You will lead platforms and automation from demand signal to rack-level installation, partnering with engineering, BI, and operations to translate requirements into scalable systems. The role requires a seasoned leader who can articulate a 1–3 year roadmap and align multiple teams to deliver high-impact infrastructure

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management, tech program management, or related experience.
• Experience defining roadmap strategy and prioritizing deliverables for your team products.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Management, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical vision and multi-year roadmap (1–3 years) for ML Capacity Delivery systems and tools.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to define requirements and deliver integrated tooling solutions.
• Architect and deliver scalable platforms that automate capacity delivery workflows and reporting.
• Establish engineering standards for reliability, observability, and documentation.
