Job summary

Glean in Mountain View, CA, seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager for Infrastructure to lead large-scale cross-functional initiatives that define, scale, and optimize the infrastructure platform.

You will collaborate with Infra, AI/ML, and Platform Engineering teams to ensure performance, scalability, and resilience as we grow, focusing on cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and cost-aware delivery.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• 8–10+ years in technical program management, infrastructure, or SRE, with 3–5 years managing infra or platform-scale programs.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and ability to structure multi-quarter infra programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to manage through ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end infrastructure programs spanning compute, networking, storage, orchestration, and AI workloads.
• Guide the Infrastructure roadmap across Setup & Deployment, Runtime, Storage, and AI Infrastructure.
• Define and coordinate how Glean instances are deployed, upgraded, and monitored at scale.
• Partner with AI and Data teams to evolve ML pipelines, model training infrastructure, and the LLM serving stack.
• Build visibility into infrastructure cost drivers and partner with finance and engineering leaders on optimization initiatives.
