Qualifications

• Must have hands-on storage and mainframe experience with DASD, tape, and catalog management.
• Experience with RACF/ACF2 security rules and mainframe tools is required.
• Proven ability to lead moderate-scale infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and secure coding practices.

Responsibilities

• Apply technical expertise to projects of moderate scope within infrastructure platforms.
• Drive a workstream of mainframe/infra technologies and coordinate changes for modernization.
• Architect and implement solutions across platforms to resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot complex problems and perform root-cause analysis within SLAs.
• Promote diverse, inclusive team culture and responsible AI usage in workflows.
• Adopt enterprise AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality and delivery.
