Job summary

Cadmus seeks a visionary Critical Infrastructure Cybersecurity Leader to guide delivery, business development, and cybersecurity expertise across federal and utility accounts, focused on water, infrastructure, and emergency management.

The role requires deep cyber knowledge, leadership of multi-disciplinary teams, and the ability to win new contracts while maintaining high client satisfaction in a highly matrixed environment. U.S. citizenship and security clearance eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in a cybersecurity-relevant field.
• At least 10 years leading cybersecurity programs for government or utility clients.
• Minimum 10 years of staff and team management experience.
• CISSP certification required; additional certifications welcomed.
• Experience with EPA, DHS/CISA, or water sector cybersecurity guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical expert overseeing cybersecurity projects and programs.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams to execute client engagements and win new business.
• Act as Cadmus’ cybersecurity expert for government and commercial clients; represent the company externally.
• Ensure high-quality, responsive delivery under Cadmus contracts and achieve strong client ratings.
• Advise clients on cybersecurity governance, policies, training, and incident planning.
• Support business development alongside key account leads.
