Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Jersey City seeks an Infrastructure Automation Engineer to join its Technology function. The role requires 6+ years in infrastructure automation, with strong Python scripting and application integration experience.

You will work on ServiceNow integrations via REST/SOAP, leverage automation tools like Ansible, Terraform and PowerShell, and operate across Windows/Linux and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Infrastructure Automation with Application Integration knowledge.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, and Integration Hub.
• Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible, PowerShell, Terraform, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of API design, JSON, XML, OAuth, and secure authentication mechanisms.
• Experience with Windows/Linux environments and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Familiarity with SQL databases, data integration, and automation frameworks.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Agile methodologies.
