NTT DATA, Inc. seeks an Automation Engineer to join our hybrid team in Jacksonville, Florida. You will automate patch deployment, integrate with ServiceNow, and advance infrastructure automation across enterprise environments.

The role requires strong Python and Ansible experience, Linux scripting, and a solid understanding of patch management, vulnerability remediation, and governance. You will collaborate daily with engineering and operations to deliver reliable, compliant automation solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Python experience.
• 2+ years of Ansible experience.
• Experience with REST APIs.
• ServiceNow integration experience.
• Infrastructure automation experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Linux administration and scripting experience.

Responsibilities

• Experience in enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Strong understanding of patch management and vulnerability remediation.
• Familiarity with storage technologies, change management, and compliance processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced patch remediation programme with daily standups and governance reviews.
• Automate patch deployment workflows.
• Develop integration with ServiceNow and patch management processes.

• Enhance existing dbRun and automation frameworks.
