Job summary
Robert Bosch LLC in Anderson, SC is hiring a Sr Development Engineer for automotive infotainment products. You will own product development tasks, lead a cross-functional task force on quality issues, and coordinate between plant and development teams during hardware/software challenges.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in automotive electronics product development or related role.
- Experience with hardware failure debugging and PCBA analysis.
- Experience using software diagnostic tools for troubleshooting.
- Ability to translate schematics and work with complex automotive software environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead product owner for testing and software download processes.
- Interface between plant and development for hardware/software issues.
- Lead FPY improvement and root-cause analysis activities.
- Manage task forces to resolve production and quality problems.
- Support cost reduction and IDC scrap reduction initiatives.
