Job summary

Rapsys Technologies Pte Ltd. seeks a Staff Technical Program Manager for Board Support Package (BSP) and Multimedia to lead end-to-end program execution across kernel and driver bring-up, platform enablement, and WiFi/Bluetooth/Audio/Camera subsystems for a vehicle infotainment experience.

The role interfaces with Ford's internal engineering groups and external chipset vendors, reconciling silicon and supplier schedules with vehicle milestones, and driving platform enablers for future features.

Qualifications

B.S. in Electrical, Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
10+ years of experience in project, program or product management in software.
5+ years of experience in software development or testing.
MS in Electrical, Computer Engineering or Computer Science (preferred).
MBA (preferred).
PMP Certification (preferred).
Scrum Master Certification (preferred).
Experience with Jira, Jama and Confluence (preferred).
Experience negotiating with hardware and software vendors (preferred).
Experience in Automotive Infotainment domain (preferred).
Experience in Embedded Software domain (preferred).
Experience in consumer electronics domain (preferred).

Responsibilities

Lead program execution across kernel and driver bring-up, platform enablement, and subsystems for infotainment.
Align schedules across hardware, software, and vendors into a single plan.
Support WiFi/Bluetooth certification and regulatory processes.
Identify blockers and manage dependencies to maintain velocity.
Lead triage and response plans for critical issues.
Provide clear status and risk reporting to stakeholders.
Drive concurrent technical projects across vehicle software domains.
Iterate and improve software development processes and documentation.
