Job summary

Tap Growth ai is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to lead BSP and multimedia program execution across kernel, drivers, and platform enablement for vehicle infotainment. You will align schedules with vendors and internal teams, manage risks, and drive long-range roadmaps for key features.

You will coordinate certification efforts, ensure agile execution, and report progress to executives. A strong background in software development, embedded systems, and automotive domains is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
• 10+ years of project, program or product management experience in software.
• 5+ years of software development or testing experience.
• MBA and relevant certifications (PMP, Scrum Master) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with engineering leads to build long-range development roadmaps prioritizing platform-level enablers.
• Align hardware, vendor, and software schedules into a single integrated plan and manage risks.
• Support WiFi/Bluetooth certification and regulatory approvals with compliance teams and labs.
• Ensure velocity by removing blockers and guiding agile practices across teams.
• Lead triage and response plans for critical, field-impacting issues.
• Provide clear status and risk reporting to technical and management audiences.
• Drive concurrent technical projects across vehicle software domains and set priorities.
• Iterate and improve software development processes, tools, and documentation.
