NorthEast Provider Solutions Inc. is hiring a Risk Analyst II - InfoSec in Valhalla, NY, onsite. You will design and manage enterprise security across Cisco platforms, Palo Alto firewalls, cloud controls, IAM, and EDR tooling to enforce zero-trust policies.

Requires 5–7 years in IT security, CISSP, Bachelor’s in IT/InfoSec, and strong communication. The role emphasizes incident response, risk reduction, and collaboration with IT and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years IT infrastructure or security experience.
• Hands-on with Cisco security technologies (SNA/Stealthwatch, ISE).
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or InfoSec; equivalent allowed.
• CISSP or equivalent certification is required.
• Knowledge of medical data reporting support and evaluation techniques.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage enterprise security solutions.
• Configure and optimize Palo Alto firewalls to enforce policies.
• Administer email security and filtering to protect from phishing.
• Maintain cloud security controls and continuous monitoring.
• Architect network segmentation aligned with zero-trust.
• Deploy and manage zero-trust/SASE remote access solutions.
• Administer IAM controls with MFA and least privilege.
• Manage Microsoft EntraID, Conditional Access, and MFA deployment.
• Deploy, monitor, and respond to CrowdStrike EDR alerts.
• Support OT/IoT/Medical device security and remediation.
• Investigate security alerts and coordinate incident remediation.
• Maintain security runbooks and system configurations.
